Tales of the Dim Episode 9 “Don’t Answer”

Tales of the Dim Episode 9 “Don’t Answer” (Animated Horror Series) If you’re not expecting any visitors, careful about answering the door. You never know who’s on the other side in The Tales of the Dim.

The Monster from Monsterland DVD

Here is an short test animation of the monster that appears in my short animated 3 minute segment of the new feature length film Anthology release called Monsterland, from Dread Central and released on DVD now available (June 2016) at Walmart, amazon and other retailers. The film contains a collection of many independent filmmakers, myself included, focused on the theme of Monsters. Fred Figiero, the old guy with the walker, appears in it as the Monster Man, a monster hunter.

As with City of Rott (which was in retail walk in stores of Hollywood Video, Movie Gallery, and online at one time on Netflix, and other retailers), it’s always fun to walk into a retail store and see a movie I’ve contributed to on the shelves. I was in Walmart and got a chance to see this one on the shelf. On the back package of this DVD, it lists Frank J. Sudol in the credits. It’s a small feat, but as an artist, still a pretty cool accomplishment. I had fun creating it and I am glad to have been given the opportunity, thanks to Steve Barton of Dreadcentral.com . If you get a chance and are interested, order or buy the Monsterland DVD today. Thanks!

Monsterland Trailer News: FSudol Toon

MONSTERLAND is an upcoming horror/comedy movie (which looks like fun, horror entertainment) that I was able to contribute some of my artwork and animation to in the form of a gory cartoon segment (not revealed in the trailer). Though I haven’t seen the movie yet, I’m hoping my animated segment remains a part of it, as the trailer’s credits definitely suggest. I realize few things in life are guaranteed, but I’m definitely excited for the likely 2016 release of Monsterland, thanks to Ruthless Pictures and especially Steve Barton of http://www.DreadCentral.com . I’ll keep things updated as I learn more. If you’re interested in the type of style of horror movie this may be, I suggest checking out Zombieworld, also from Ruthless Pictures and Dread Central.

Things are progressing slowly on City of Rott Otherworld, but I hope to have more time to dedicate to it soon, aside from working on other art projects and work.

UPDATE: Monsterland DVD is now available on amazon.com, the Playstation Store and more.
